Editing

As managing editor for the in-house publications at a non-profit theatre company, I create the production calendar, commission writers, assign writing, write feature articles, and edit all work, working closely with a graphic designer on the finished project. I have experience as a website editor, and have edited online academic journals.

As a freelance editor, I work with academic writers whether their editorial needs are developmental, substantive, stylistic, and/or copyediting.

I also consult with those pursuing alt-ac and post-ac career paths, discussing career options, revising the CV as a resume, cover letter writing, and interviewing for positions outside of academia.
